      Tillie Ilkiw (nee Gulayets) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother and Baba, Tillie Ilkiw on April 9, 2008 at the age of 72 years. Tillie is lovingly remembered by her daughters Tina (Peter) Wugalter, Natasia (Tom Wyborn) and her son Taras (Carla Tiefenbach), grandchildren Linda, Jared, Tatiana, Anastasia and Katrina, brothers John (Maryanne) Gulayets, Emil (Sonia) Gulayets, sisters Annie (John) Hymanyk, Olga (Paul) Musiyowski, Rose (Mike) Lukach, Helen (Joe) Moneta, Elizabeth (Nick) Boyko and Lillian (Henry) Mithrush, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, their families and many cherished friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Walter in 1979, her parents Fred and Maria Gulayec, and two brothers Mike and Peter. Tillie will be fondly remembered by her devotion to her Ukrainian heritage and her involvement with her Church and community. Also for her love of Ukrainian embroidery, travelling, curling and gardening. A Divine Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, April 16 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Basil's Ukrainian Catholic Parish, 7007 -109 Street, Edmonton. Basilian Fathers officiating with interment to follow in St. Anthony Cemetery, 106 Street and 53 Avenue Edmonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 16007 - 118 Avenue, Edmonton. AB T5V 1C7.
